Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team at Derbyshire facilities. The role is part-time (7.5 hours per week), permanent and term-time only, on a Band 5 scale point 28. Reference SEP20262327 and expiry 12 Oct 2026 apply now.

You will maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments across classrooms, offices and washrooms, with attention to health and safety, safeguarding and confidentiality. DBS checks will be completed for appointment.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across designated areas of the school, including classrooms, offices, communal areas and washroom facilities. Duties will include routine cleaning, replenishing supplies, and supporting periodic deep-cleaning activities to ensure the school remains safe, welcoming and ready for use. Working as part of a supportive team, you will play an important role in contributing to the health, wellbeing and positive experience of everyone within the school community.
