lONGFIELD Academy is seeking a Cleaning Assistant to join our Cleaning Team on a part-time, all-year-round basis. Working 10 hours per week, you will help provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the campus.
The role includes a range of cleaning duties across the campus, with training provided. You will work closely with the Cleaning Supervisor and Estates Team to uphold high standards for students, staff and visitors.

Our Cleaning Team is made up of 15 dedicated colleagues who work across morning and afternoon shifts to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our College community expects.
Working closely with the Cleaning Supervisor and Estates Team, you'll be part of a friendly team where collaboration, mutual support and a strong work ethic are highly valued. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will help provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who studies, works and visits the College.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will carry out a range of cleaning duties across the campus to ensure our facilities remain well‑presented and maintained to a high standard.
Your contribution will directly support the learning experience of our students and the wellbeing of the wider College community.
Training will be provided in the use of specialist cleaning equipment where necessary.
Areas will be allocated by the Cleaning Supervisor or Estates Team according to College priorities.
