ATA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service and Installation Coordinator in Gloucester to support the service and installation of hydraulic systems. The role involves visiting customers with the head of service, ordering components, and tracking project hours.

Salary is £35,000–£40,000 with strong growth opportunities in a PLC business. The successful candidate will produce Risk Assessments and Method statements and ensure accurate recording of hours for billing, while liaising with suppliers to

• Ability to produce Risk Assessments and Method statements for engineering, construction or equipment works.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well organised and able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Attend customer visits with the head of service to understand project requirements.
• Order hydraulic components from suppliers.
• Monitor delivery progress against project schedules.
• Produce Risk Assessments and Method statements for planned works.
• Track the hours required to complete service and installation jobs.
• Ensure hours are correctly entered for customer charge rates.
