Job summary

Acora One is seeking an Installations Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality IT projects from planning and installation through to handover. You will work at our Norwich office and travel to customer sites in the region, handling server, networking, and Microsoft 365 deployments.

You will work hands-on with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while upholding ISO standards. A strong communicator and proactive problem-solver thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience in IT installations or internal/outsourced IT departments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server OS and Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Experience with firewalls, IPsec, and IP-based networks including VLANs.
• Full clean driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and document IT systems for customer projects.
• Deliver end-to-end project work from planning to on-time completion.
• Attend customer meetings as a confident point of contact.
• Manage caseload and records using Dynamics and Halo PSA.
• Perform server work, networking tasks, and telephony deployments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for improvements with Account Managers.
