Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting a Template & Installations Co-ordinator for a Normanton site on a temporary contract running until Christmas. Immediate starts are available with 37.5 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate.

You will support installation teams, investigate issues, coordinate solutions and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the installation process. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service, scheduling or operational support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues.
• Experience supporting field-based teams is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for templating and installation teams, offering support and resolving queries.
• Investigate installation and site-related issues, carrying out root cause analysis and coordinating effective solutions.
• Set up and maintain accurate job information, including customer-specific requirements.
• Produce and issue clear job instructions for installation teams attending site.
• Liaise with internal departments and field-based colleagues to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Maintain accurate records and update information on internal CRM systems.
• Support the delivery of a right-first-time installation experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
