Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust seeks a compassionate Teaching & Learning Assistant for Duckmanton Primary School in Derbyshire. The role is 15 hours per week, part-time, maternity cover, term-time only, starting 2nd November 2026. You’ll support pupils with additional learning needs under the direction of school leaders.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, flexible and capable of inspiring students and colleagues while upholding child safeguarding standards.

• Promote safeguarding and welfare of children in all classroom activities.
