Qualifications

• Positive, caring and energetic attitude.
• Experience of working successfully with children.
• Motivated to care for vulnerable children.
• Ability to give feedback to help children progress.
• Understanding of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in managing pupils in the classroom.
• Deliver a differentiated and creative curriculum with learning experiences.
• Work within school policies under supervision by senior staff.
• May undertake other duties commensurate with the grade.
