Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a SEND teacher to support children with diverse needs across Teesside and Darlington. You will deliver personalised interventions with SEN teaching assistants, following EHCP targets and safeguarding procedures.

The role is temporary with potential for permanent placement, and pay rates are inclusive of statutory holiday pay. Competitive pay, CPD, referral bonus of £50, and social events are offered to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification and QTS.
• Experience working with SEND students.
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to providing the best possible support.
• Able to adapt teaching style to diverse needs of each child.
