Job summary

Piper’s Vale Primary Academy, part of Paradigm Trust, is recruiting a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join us as soon as possible.

The SENCo will manage all SEN provision for pupils with SEND, reporting to the Principal, and drive an inclusive learning environment. Applicants should have SENCO experience and a passion for supporting diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a SENCO managing support for pupils with SEND.
• Ability to drive provision and liaise with staff and parents.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage additional SEN support for pupils within the academy.
• Collaborate with staff to implement SEND provision and monitor progress.
• Report to the Principal and contribute to school improvement plans.
