Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of SEN learners in primary settings with a nurturing approach.
• Deliver an engaging curriculum adapted to each child's needs and EHCP outcomes.
• Develop communication, independence, confidence and social skills alongside academic progress.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and wider school support teams.
• Create a calm, structured classroom where pupils feel safe and ready to learn.
