Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a PPA Teacher to cover PPA time across EYFS to KS2 in Stechford, Birmingham. The role is part-time with an immediate start until the end of the academic year, working in friendly primary settings.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, mark completed work and maintain high standards of behaviour, creating a positive learning environment and raising attainment. You will collaborate closely with teaching assistants and school staff, and QTS is required.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Commitment to the role and reliable attendance.
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management.
• Deliver lessons in an engaging, creative way.
• Marking and assessments to track progress.
• Raise children's attainment and maintain a positive environment.
• Work effectively with teaching assistants and staff.
