Job summary

Flourish Education is helping a welcoming primary school in the Willenhall area recruit a flexible PPA Teacher. You will work across EYFS, KS1, KS2 providing high-quality PPA cover with no planning or marking pressure, choosing your days whether part-time or full-time to suit your commitments.

You will be supported by a friendly team, receive regular contact during registration, and benefit from a day rate of £130–£170.

Qualifications

• QTS or Early Career Teacher (ECT) qualification required.
• Experience as a PPA Teacher, Class Teacher, Primary Teacher or Supply Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Confident delivering PPA cover to classes across the Primary School age range.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable and committed to providing high-quality teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging PPA cover across the primary age range.
• Teach in line with the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans set by the Class Teacher.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress to school staff.
• Ensure safeguarding and inclusion are at the heart of your teaching.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the freedom to choose how many days you work, whether that’s part-time to fit around other commitments or full-time for stability, giving you the perfect work life balance. You’ll be providing valuable support to schools while gaining experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, making this role ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to broaden their classroom practice.

Job Role:

Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

• £130 to £170 per day, which equates to £25,350 to £33,150 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This PPA Teacher position is based in Willenhall and is easily commutable from Walsall, Bilston, Wolverhampton, Darlaston, Bloxwich, and Wednesfield. The schools are well connected with excellent public transport links and onsite parking available.
