Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a flexible PPA Teacher to work 4 days per week across classes in Bromsgrove, starting in October until Christmas. The role focuses on delivering engaging KS1/KS2 lessons in a non-planning capacity, maintaining a positive learning environment and continuity of progress across classes.

Candidates should hold QTS and have experience across all key stages, with strong classroom management and adaptability.

Are you a flexible and enthusiastic Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity?

A friendly and supportive First School in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced PPA Teacher to work 4days per week across classes, starting in October, until Christmas initially.

This PPA Teacher role is perfect for a confident and adaptable practitioner with strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2curriculum. This is a non-planning role, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment across a range of classes.

Working across classes, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress and ensuring continuity of learning throughout the school.

As a PPA Teacher in this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 and 2national curriculum.
  • Following and adapting pre-planned work to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Supporting pupil progress and providing feedback in line with school policy.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
  • Promoting pupils’ emotional wellbeing alongside their academic development.
To be successful in this PPA Teacher role, you will need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous experience teaching across all key stages.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.
