Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a PPA Teacher for a First School in Evesham. The role involves covering a range of classes across the school, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment for pupils.

The role is part-time, 3 days per week, supporting continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. The successful candidate will hold QTS, have primary experience, and be able to manage diverse year groups.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong curriculum knowledge across primary age range.
• Experience teaching in a primary/First School setting.
• Confident delivering pre-planned lessons across year groups.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Adaptable with different classes and ages.
• DBS either Update Service or issued in last 12 months.
• Two excellent references required.
• Recent UK school-based experience.
