Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver group tutorials on personal development topics.
• Strong mentoring and pastoral support for 16–18 learners.
• DBS check and safeguarding knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group tutorial sessions covering Employability, British Values, Equality and Diversity, and PREVENT.
• Induct and support students to build belonging and resilience.
• Refer students to specialist services when needed.
• Promote learner participation in enrichment and learner voice activities.
• Monitor attendance and address issues using college systems.
