Qualifications

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Have successful teaching experience at secondary level (ideally including teaching practice).
• Knowledge of National Curriculum KS3/KS4 and ability to write lesson plans, develop resources and assess students' work.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area.
• Monitor and support overall progress and development of students as a teacher/form tutor.
• Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and to personal and academic growth.
