Job summary

Juniper Training in Leicester is seeking a dedicated Maths Tutor to provide high-quality teaching to students aged 16-18. You will help learners achieve Functional Skills and GCSE Maths qualifications, ensuring they build confidence and prepare for further education or employment.

Your responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, conducting assessments, and providing essential support to help students succeed. A teaching qualification and experience working with young people are essential.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work towards within 6 months).
• Experience delivering engaging group sessions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, innovative group sessions in Maths.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individual support plans.
• Build positive relationships to engage and retain learners.

Skills
