Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Confident communicator who enjoys collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Creative, adaptable and committed to delivering engaging, personalised learning.
• Skilled in assessing progress and adapting teaching to help every pupil succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons that inspire pupils and support progress.
• Plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, autism and complex needs.
• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, using assessment to inform teaching.
• Contribute to development of an innovative and engaging Maths curriculum.
• Promote pupils' confidence, independence, wellbeing and positive engagement with learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, therapists and support staff to deliver personalised learning.
• Teach across other curriculum areas where appropriate.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
