Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Maths Teacher for a well-regarded secondary school in Yeovil. You will deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 for the right candidate, and contribute to a collaborative school culture.

The role requires QTS/QTLS or equivalent, strong subject knowledge, and excellent classroom management. Competitive pay and ongoing CPD support are offered.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths education.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
• Proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• DBS update service or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities
