Job summary
Protocol Education is seeking a Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping pupils develop strong mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills and confidence.
The role is full-time with immediate start, offering competitive PAYE, access to CPD and dedicated consultant support, and opportunities for long-term or permanent positions across Bristol schools and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- UK QTS is required.
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths.
- Recent UK secondary teaching experience.
- Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 Maths.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A committed and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teach and assess pupils in line with the curriculum
- Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Support pupils with developing confidence in Mathematics
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
