Job summary

Explore Learning in Bradford is seeking a part-time Maths and English Tutor to join our on-site team. You’ll coach small groups (1:6), deliver sessions using Compass, and help children aged 4–16 build confidence and progress with the national curriculum.

You’ll work minimum 6 hours weekly across Tue–Fri and Saturday mornings. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, with age-based hourly rates and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• GCSE Maths & English at grade 6 or above (or predicted).
• Experience teaching or mentoring children aged 4–16 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using Compass platform with tailored sessions.
• Support each learner’s progress in a 1:6 group setting.
• Build meaningful relationships and a safe, inspiring learning environment.
