Explore Learning is seeking a part‑time Tutor to work on-site at our Leamington Spa centre. You will deliver sessions using our Compass platform, coaching learners aged 4–16 and helping them progress through the national curriculum and GCSE content.

You will join a supportive team, develop your tutoring skills, and be rewarded with progression opportunities and flexible hours across the week.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage groups of children in learning activities.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum and GCSE content is essential.
• Ability to build meaningful, long‑term relationships with learners and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons that last using Compass to tailor sessions.
• Support learners during a 1:6 tutoring ratio with a focus on progress.
• Assist with exams preparation and core curriculum coverage across ages 4–16.
• Create a safe, inspiring learning environment and manage group dynamics.
