Job summary

Explore Learning seeks a dedicated Maths and English Tutor for our Bedford centre. You will deliver tailored sessions using the Compass platform, supporting learners aged 4–16 across the national curriculum, including 11+ and GCSE preparation.

You will build meaningful relationships in a safe, inspiring environment and help students progress with confidence. This is a permanent, part-time role with shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• GCSE Maths & English grade 6 or above (predicted acceptable if results pending).
• Experience delivering tutoring or coaching is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to groups up to 16 using Compass to tailor sessions.
• Build meaningful relationships and create a safe learning environment.
• Support progress across the national curriculum including 11+ and GCSE content.
