Job summary

Lancaster Academy in Leicester is seeking an inspirational Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our SEND department on a temporary basis until 31 August 2027. The post is term-time plus training days, with a pro-rata salary reflecting part-time hours.

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the DSP Provision and Mainstream classrooms.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver learning activities.
• Monitor pupil progress and report on outcomes to SLT and teachers.
