Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant required.

• Experience in a SEND school or similar setting preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of students.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with students as a supportive, nurturing environment.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies per plans (positive reinforcement, de-escalation).
• Providing emotional support to help students cope with challenges and build resilience.
• Supporting inclusion by adapting activities for accessibility.
