Qualifications

• GCSE English Language or equivalent
• Understands how children learn
• Skilled at developing children’s self-esteem and motivation
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with pupils

• Supervise activities for small groups or 1:1, enabling all children to reach their potential
• Encourage and promote the inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships
