Job summary

Knotty Ash Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our supportive team. You will work with class teachers to support learning by assisting individuals and small groups of pupils.

You will assist with the delivery of planned learning activities, prepare resources, monitor pupil progress, promote positive behaviour, and help create an inclusive learning environment where all children can achieve their full potential. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build effective relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
