Job summary

Hillcroft Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. You will assist in delivering educational programmes and support students in day-to-day learning activities, while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills to clarify instructions and engage students.
• Ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering educational programmes within a school setting.
