ROEDEAN SCHOOL is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. The role focuses on supporting individuals and small groups in collaboration with teaching staff and the Learning Support team.

The postholder will support pupils in accessing the curriculum, participating fully in school life and developing increasing independence, confidence and self-advocacy as learners. The role will involve supporting individual pupils and small groups in collaboration with teaching staff and the wider Learning Support team. Learning Support Assistant (22 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, term time only). The successful candidate will hold GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Education, SEND or a related field would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to removing barriers to learning while promoting pupil autonomy, confidence and self-advocacy.
