Job summary

ROEDEAN SCHOOL is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. The role focuses on supporting individuals and small groups in collaboration with teaching staff and the Learning Support team.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to removing barriers to learning, promoting independence, confidence and self-advocacy, with GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above required (qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning

Job description

The postholder will support pupils in accessing the curriculum, participating fully in school life and developing increasing independence, confidence and self-advocacy as learners.
