Job summary

The Ferrars Academy in Luton is seeking a dedicated L2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils and staff with additional needs under the direction of the SENDCo and class teacher.

You will work as part of a team, supporting a small group or individual pupils, and help maintain a calm, positive learning environment. The position is term-time plus inset days, with a fixed term through August 2027.

• Ability to motivate and inspire children with appropriate challenges.
• Clear communication with staff and pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils and staff through general assistance in the classroom and school.
