The Ferrars Academy in Luton is seeking a dedicated L2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils and staff with additional needs under the direction of the SENDCo and class teacher.
You will work as part of a team, supporting a small group or individual pupils, and help maintain a calm, positive learning environment. The position is term-time plus inset days, with a fixed term through August 2027.

We are looking to appoint a L2 SEND Teaching Assistant.
Under the direction of the SENDCo and class teacher you will be required to support pupils and staff through the provision of general assistance in the classroom and the school, or to support a small group of children or a child on a one-to-one basis with additional needs.
