Aurem Care is seeking an inspirational Care Home Manager to lead a residential and nursing home, ensuring outstanding person-centred care and regulatory governance. You will work with the operations team to drive performance and staff development, delivering excellent outcomes for residents and relatives.

The role requires a nursing qualification with NMC registration, at least two years of management in a similar setting, and a strong track record in CQC compliance, safeguarding, and continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential and nursing care home.
• NMC Pin (Registered Nurse) or qualified Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care and clinical governance.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
