• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with genuine care and consideration for your team
• Proven ability to maintain high standards in food, health, and safety
• Understanding of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruiting and developing your team
