Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator – Inspection to coordinate all project quality inspections and act as the main liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams in Glasgow. You will ensure NOIs are issued on time and inspection schedules are kept up to date, supporting on-time project delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to quality records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Experience in project coordination, quality coordination, manufacturing, or operations support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project quality inspections.
• Issue NOIs in line with contract requirements.
• Maintain a forward inspection schedule.
• Coordinate FATs, witness points, and final releases.
• Provide regular inspection status updates to Project Managers.
