Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology ClydeUnion Pumps site in Glasgow is seeking a temporary Document Controller to join the Quality team. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate quality documentation across product lines purchased, manufactured, assembled and serviced at the Cathcart facility.

You will work within the QMS, support ISO9001:2015, ISO14001 and ASME requirements, and collaborate with internal departments to maintain compliance and record integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience checking, collating and managing documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Highly professional conduct.
• Ability to work to tight timescales and embrace change.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review/Approval, compilation and submission of Quality Records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve product Quality problems.
• Issuing of technical documentation for customers.
• Support development of Quality procedures and standards.
• Conduct audits in line with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001 and other standards.
• Support process related incident investigations.
• Support closure of project NCRs prior to goods shipment.
• Reasonable management requests
