Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator – Inspection to coordinate all project quality inspections, issue Notices of Inspection, and manage inspection schedules across suppliers, customers and third parties in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will be the central contact between customers, operations and QA, tracking progress, generating reports, and ensuring timely project delivery with rigorous documentation and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, quality coordination, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a project environment.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all project quality inspections.
• Issue Notifications of Inspection (NOIs) in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain a forward inspection schedule covering supplier, customer, third-party and internal inspections.
• Coordinate witness points, hold points, FATs, and final release inspections.
• Ensure inspection activities align with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Provide regular inspection status updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
