The role involves managing cases end-to-end, coordinating with case managers and officeholders, and supervising colleagues while ensuring compliance with SIP9 and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate insolvency engagements, Administrations and CVLs.
• Ability to identify technical, commercial and risk matters early.
• Proven record of maintaining case records and timely reporting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
• Progress cases proactively, set weekly priorities with management.
• Prepare statutory notices, reports, and estimated outcome statements.
• Draft correspondence to creditors and stakeholders; respond to enquiries.
• Assist with SIP2 and CDDA investigations and director conduct reports.
• Support junior team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
