Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join the Restructuring & Insolvency Services. You will manage a varied portfolio of administrations, liquidations and CVLs, guiding a team of executives and collaborating with legal and valuation professionals.

You should be CPI or equivalent with 5+ years insolvency experience; a JIEB qualification is desirable. Outstanding communication and client-management skills are essential to deliver value to our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate insolvency procedures including administrations and liquidations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of insolvency case law, SIPs and legislation.
• Excellent written and oral communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing corporate insolvency procedures – administrations, liquidations, and CVLs.
• Developing and coaching a team of executives.
• Supporting business development and client services.
