You’ll work with a diverse client base, develop your skills, and be supported to grow from day one while contributing to the team’s success in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of corporate insolvency work, particularly Administrations and/or CVLs.
• Experience using IPS Cloud (or equivalent insolvency software) and Microsoft Office applications.
• CPI and/or an accounting qualification desirable but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of insolvency legislation and current case law.
• Experience with preparing statutory reports, notices and other insolvency documentation.
• Experience liaising with creditors, employees, directors and other stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure under supervision.
• Progress cases proactively, manage priorities and keep the team informed of developments.
• Agree weekly work priorities with the manager.
• Identify and escalate technical, commercial and risk matters to managers and officeholders.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare statutory notices and reports.
• Assist with fee estimates, remuneration approvals and decision procedures.
