Job summary
Reward is seeking an Insights Tech Lead to drive proof-of-concept analytics products into scalable production solutions. You will lead across Insight Solutions, Analytical Engineering, Data Engineering and Software Engineering, delivering automation, AI tooling and configurable analytical products that improve efficiency and insight quality.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering proof-of-concept applications through validation and adoption.
- Experience improving operational efficiency through automation.
- Experience across Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI or Software Engineering.
- Experience with AI technologies to accelerate development is desirable.
- Experience with Docker, AWS and/or GCP.
- Advanced SQL and data modelling.
- Experience building scalable data products.
- Expert Power BI development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver proof-of-concept applications from ideas through adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Prototype analytics capabilities using cloud technologies and AI tooling.
- Embed solutions into analyst workflows and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
