You will design, build, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL, DBT, Python, and modern data platform technologies to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability, while driving best practices across modelling, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on DBT experience.
• Proficient Python or scripting for automation and scalable data solutions.
• Proven delivery of complex analytics, reporting, and BI solutions from discovery to adoption.
• Strong data modelling, testing, performance optimization, and reliability practices.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple data and analytics workstreams, shaping strategy with Staff Analytics Engineers and leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL, DBT, Python, and modern data platforms.
• Drive best practices in data modelling, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Technology, and Data Platform teams to deliver trusted data products and executive-facing reporting.
• Own complex data incidents from identification to root cause analysis, reducing delivery and operational risk.
• Mentor and develop engineers, unblock teams, and foster independent delivery.
