Job summary

Understanding Recruitment NFP in London is seeking a Data & Insights Manager to lead a small analytics team and shape a growing insight function within a national charity. Hybrid role; 1 day per week in the office, reporting to senior stakeholders.

The post will move the function beyond traditional reporting, developing audience profiling, segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value analysis, using SQL and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for fundraising decisions.

• Experience leading analytics teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for generating actionable insights.
