Reform UK is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Lead to build an organisation-wide data and insight function from its Westminster HQ. You will establish the data stack, dashboards and governance to enable senior leaders to understand performance across campaigns and membership.

The role blends strategy with hands-on analytics, delivering decision-ready insights, automated reporting and trusted data stewardship across digital, website, campaigns and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in establishing or improving a data/insight function in a complex organisation.
• Ability to design practical reporting architectures that move beyond manual reports.
• Experience building dashboards with clear metrics, trends and decision relevance.
• Excellent analytical judgment and ability to translate numbers into actionable insight.

Responsabilités

• Build the organisation-wide data and insight function.
• Map data sources, owners, definitions and access rights across Reform UK.
• Design and implement a practical data stack integrating multiple data streams.
• Set data definitions, baselines, targets and data-quality standards.
• Create a roadmap from isolated reports to automated decision support.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership and operational teams.
• Automate recurring reporting and data preparation.
• Produce concise, decision-ready analyses explaining changes and actions.
