Job summary

Dementia UK is seeking a Data Insight Manager to lead a small team of two Data Analysts and drive the charity’s analytics capability. You will develop Power BI dashboards, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for fundraising strategy, segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value analysis.

You will work with colleagues across Fundraising and Engagement, improving reporting, supporting data warehouse developments, and upholding data

Qualifications

Significant experience in data analysis, business intelligence or insight.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI and analytical tools (R or Python).
Ability to lead projects and people and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of two Data Analysts delivering high-quality analysis and insights.
Lead advanced analytics projects and development of Power BI dashboards.
Improve reporting processes and support data warehouse developments.
Uphold data governance and develop the skills of the analytics team.
Translate complex data into recommendations to inform fundraising strategy and performance.
