Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking an Insights Delivery Lead to oversee a team of BI developers, delivering reporting, dashboards and analytics across the organisation. You will drive stability, governance and value while guiding the modernization journey into Power Platform and AI-enabled experiences.

The role requires strong delivery expertise, people leadership and a passion for continuous learning, with close collaboration across Insights, Analytics, Data Engineering and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading BI/reporting/analytics delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex delivery portfolios.
• Demonstrated success leading teams through technology and operating model change.
• Expertise delivering solutions with Microsoft Power BI and modern data platforms.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Insights Delivery Function and develop a high-performing team.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality dashboards and metrics.
• Balance run and change by ensuring reliability while delivering future capabilities.
• Drive governance, quality standards and standardization across the Insights estate.
• Partner with data/analytics leaders to prioritise strategic objectives and outcomes.
• Lead evolution toward Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI-enabled experiences.
