Job summary

interactive investor is seeking a Data Analytics and Insights Manager in a hybrid role split between Manchester and Leeds. You will lead the Analytics and Insights team, define the analytics roadmap, and deliver trusted dashboards and data products across the business.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure governance, quality, and self-service analytics. The role emphasises mentorship, pace, and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical capability: advanced SQL, data modelling, visualisation, and applied statistics.
• Experience with modern BI and reporting tools, such as Power BI, and lightweight app frameworks such as Streamlit.
• Experience defining and governing metrics and data governance.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI as a core analytics tool.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and technical leadership: define analytics strategy, prioritise briefs, and own the analytics roadmap.
• Serving the business: understand where data adds value and drive adoption of insights.
• Insight and delivery: build data products and deliver management information that drives performance.
• Governance and quality: maintain data definitions, semantic layer, catalog, and metadata.
• People and delivery: lead and develop a team of Data Analysts.
