interactive investor is hiring a Data Analytics and Insights Manager to lead the analytics team and own the data strategy across the business. The role focuses on governance, insight delivery, and self-service analytics, partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science and AI teams to accelerate impact.

You will build a central analytics capability, define the metrics and semantic layer, and ensure trusted data and rapid insights to support commercial, product, and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytical capability with SQL, modelling, visualisation, and statistics.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI and lightweight app frameworks such as Streamlit.
• Governing metrics and semantic layer / single source of truth approaches.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Matomo, journeys, and tracking methods.
• Experience embedding AI as a core analytics tool.
• Experience enabling AI-driven self-service analytics with NL querying.
• Experience owning data catalog, metadata, and ontology/taxonomy.

Responsabilités

• Define analytics strategy, metrics and roadmap in collaboration with platform and AI teams.
• Lead a central analytics centre of excellence and ensure timely, accurate insights.
• Grow self-service analytics and governance across the business.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science and Enterprise AI teams to deliver joined-up outcomes.
• Build lightweight data products and data-driven improvements for commercial and product teams.
