Duvo is hiring a Junior Transformation Strategist to serve as the insight and output engine beside Transformation Strategists on major accounts. You will translate messy processes into actionable insights, produce decision-ready materials, and support multiple accounts with analytical depth across categories, supply chain, finance ops, inventory, and more.

Qualifications

• Structured problem solving with hypothesis-driven approach.
• Analytical speed and numeracy under time pressure.
• Clear written and slide craft for decision-ready outputs.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from messy data.
• Ability to work across multiple accounts and problem types.
• Delivery bias: follow-through from framing to delivery.
• Strong communication with operators and mid-level owners.
• Proficient use of AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.
• Proactive, fast, hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Get to the insight: investigate how work actually happens and build a fact base.
• Deliver output that moves a decision: create slides and memos with clear baselines and evidence.
• Be fungible surge capacity: support multiple accounts and problem types.
• Build evidence for impact: lock baselines, targets and measurement windows.
• Stay close to the customer team: own relationships at working level and drive decisions.
