Job summary

Duvo seeks a Transformation Strategist to drive enterprise transformations end-to-end, partnering with Senior strategists and engineers across live accounts. You will own the workstream cadence, deliverables, and evidence that moves programs from diagnosis to live delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and rapid decision-making.

You will operate at Consultant/Associate to Engagement Manager level, bringing 3–5 years of client-facing consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting foundations: you can structure unfamiliar problems and recommend clear actions.
• Excellent analytical and communication craft: you build concise analyses and decision-ready slides.
• Bias for delivery and ownership: you stay engaged with the work and drive cadence with the client.
• Customer judgment: you listen well, ask clear questions and engage across levels.
• Early-stage working style: you work well with small teams and use AI effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the workstream fact base: build a reliable evidence base showing where value is being lost and how to fix it.
• Run the day-to-day delivery rhythm: translate diagnostics into a practical roadmap and maintain weekly cadences with client teams.
• Build the evidence for impact: lock baselines and track progress so leadership can trust results.
