Cedar Recruitment is partnering with a London-based organisation undergoing a major business and technology transformation, where data and analytics will drive operational performance and decision-making. We are seeking an Insights Analyst to join a growing analytics function and shape how data is used across the business.

This role focuses on investigating problems, challenging assumptions and turning complex data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insights Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Analysing operational, commercial and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical questions.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate and interrogate data from multiple sources.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend practical solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights that support transformation and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Challenge assumptions and identify where data can improve outcomes.
• Support improvements in data quality and analytical capability across the organisation.
